This Sharpener is Just like the title says. It consistently holds an angle. Very simple design. A child could master use in a few minutes.

Since I was about 10, I was taught how to handle, care for and sharpen knives. Old school wet stones. Over the last 50+ years I've tried many items to save time and still have a very sharp knife.
